Wellness at Work
At our workplace, wellbeing isn’t just a buzzword — it’s something we actively make time for. Every Wednesday, Lisa Furlong and Lacey Kenyon take part in our Wellness at Work initiative with a rejuvenating Pilates session that sets the tone for the rest of the week.
The sessions are led by the fantastic Julia Baxter, whose supportive and energising teaching style makes Pilates accessible for everyone. Whether it’s improving core strength, increasing flexibility, or simply taking a mindful pause in a busy week, Julia ensures each session leaves us feeling stronger and more focused.
And we’re not the only ones who enjoy it — Gracie comes along too! She’s become our unofficial wellness mascot, bringing an extra smile to the session and reminding us all to enjoy the moment.
By carving out time every Wednesday for movement and mindfulness, Lisa and Lacey are showing how small, consistent actions can make a big difference to both physical health and workplace wellbeing. It’s a great example of how we support balance, positivity, and teamwork across our organisation.
