Swansea - Ducting Installation 

Mole Group Utilities were delighted to support Gavin Electrical with the installation of new ducting for an ANPR camera system and data network upgrade at Swansea University.

The project involved installing SDR11 drill ducts across several locations throughout the university campus. With multiple existing underground services and restricted working areas, trenchless installation was the ideal solution to minimise disruption while protecting existing infrastructure.

One of the most technically demanding sections involved drilling beneath the site's security hut, where numerous underground utilities left very little room for error. Thanks to careful planning and the expertise of our drilling team, each bore was completed with precision and installed exactly to the client's specification.

Despite the challenging conditions and the number of crossings required across the campus, the project was completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. It was a pleasure working alongside the team at Gavin Electrical, and we look forward to collaborating on many more successful projects in the future.
